Sessions
Psychotherapy and counselling sessions are 50 minutes, usually at the same time each week, unless you cancel or we agree to rearrange a session.
You may want to have a fixed number of sessions, or you may prefer to leave the duration open-ended. We can discuss this in the first session. Whatever you decide, you can end at any time with a week’s notice. I would encourage you to talk about ending at least a few sessions before you do stop, to give yourself time to consider what the ending means to you and review the work you have done.
I offer face-to-face sessions near Bond Street in London W1 on Wednesdays, in Worcester WR1 on Mondays.
Fees
Fees are £95 per session in London and £60 in Worcester, payable by bank transfer or PayPal in advance of the session, or by monthly invoice. Occasionally I have a space for low-fee therapy, usually online, for frontline key workers and those on low wages. Please note, I charge for sessions that are missed, cancelled or rearranged without at least one week’s advance notice.
Location
My consulting office is a quiet, bright, comfortable room used specifically for psychotherapy. It is located in an office building three minutes’ walk from Bond Street tube station, London W1. The office building has a reception area with seating at the entrance, and toilets are available.
In Worcester I work close to Foregate Street Station on The Tything.
