Counselling and psychotherapy online
As well as face-to-face sessions in London, I also see people for online therapy, via Skype or Zoom video sessions. If you prefer online therapy, it may still be useful to come see me in person once or twice at the start of therapy, if possible, and perhaps occasionally thereafter.
In online sessions, it’s very important for you to have a private, uninterrupted space where you can feel comfortable and safe while you talk with me and won’t be overheard or bothered by phone calls, or other people entering the space.
Online therapy sessions last 50 minutes as usual, and I will wait for you to contact me when our session time starts.
